Cancellation Conditions
One may cancel one´s order within four weeks without providing written information in text form (for example per letter, fax or E-Mail to shop@ka-su.de) or by sending back received goods. The deadline begins upon receipt of this notification in writing. The deadline does not begin before fulfilling out our information requirements under Section 312 c, section 2 of the Civil Code, read in conjunction with Article 1, section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations pursuant to Section 312, paragraph 1 set in conjunction with the Civil Code 1 Civil Code § 3-InfoV. Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by each returned and any possibly use (for example interest). If one cannot return the received goods or service undamaged, you will be obliged to provide appropriate compensation. [After purchase, the deterioration of the goods after leaving the store in good quality cannot be proven. In addition, you can avoid the costs of replacement upon purchasing by not causing the deterioration of the goods or services upon receiving goods. Goods that can be sent shall be sent back are on our [costs and] at our risk. Other services that cannot be sent , will be picked up from you.] Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins when the written cancellation is sent and or when we receive the cancellation.

Applicability
Our offers, delivery and services are subject exclusively to our business conditions. Contradictions of the business conditions from other contract partners cannot be made valid. The following conditions are an integral part of the contract. A written agreement is required for the cancellation, change, and or the applicability of other general business conditions.
Offer and Contract Closure
The offers in the Online-Shop are not legally binding, since the offers are without engagement and are valid as long as the goods are in stock. After entering your personal Data and activating the ‚Order Button, you have created a legally binding order in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is created with the confirmation of the order or the completion of the order. The customer is responsible for the selection of the product.
Prices
One may find the prices for individual products listed in the current online offer. All prices are in Euros and include the value-added tax of 19%-7% by pictures.
Payment-Due
The payment of an ordered product is according to your choice of payment either as an advanced money transfer or per cash on delivery.

A bank transfer payment is considered completed when the amount has been registered at the above mentioned account. After confirmation of payment has been received by KASU, the order will be promptly processed and delivered depending of the availability of the goods on stock. Cash on delivery orders will be processed within 10 working days depending of availability of the goods on stock. Sending money or checks as payment is not possible. We are not liable for losses occurred.
Dispatch
In general, a delivery should take 10 working days depending on the availability of the product on stock. In the case where a product is out of stock, you will be immediately informed. The delivery time begins with a product in stock and a written order confirmation. Delivery occurs with the timely dispatch of the order from our store.
Delivery
The dispatch of an order is insured. Customers may also decide at any time to have their order sent uninsured.
Delivery Costs
For insured packages within Germany; we charge a packing and estimated shipping cost of 6, 70 €. The shipping costs for overseas packages will be appropriately adjusted. With the expressed wish of a customer; packages may be sent uninsured. The amount is determined by the size of the package and the current price list of the German Post Office.

Should technical or logistical problems cause a delivery to in occur in several intervals, then we will only charge you once for the occurred costs. KASU will take care of delivery costs for orders over 150 €.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
products remain property of KASU until the completion of payment.
Warranty and notice of Defects
A consumer, as defined by §§ 1-7 HGB, will be required, to report in written form to KASU possible defects (poor and or changed orders) immediately or at the latest within 8 days. In the case of damaged delivered goods, we reserve the right to take back or replace the damaged goods. Incorrect or reworked orders or in the case of compensation, the consumer may demand a reduction or exchange of products. The assignment of warranty claims on a third party is not possible.
Revocation Claims
One may cancel one’s order within four weeks without information in text form (for example per letter, fax or E-Mail to shop@ka-su.de) or by sending back received goods, unless you are exercising commercial or self-employed activities. The time limit begins as soon as you receive your order. Maintaining the cancellation agreement requires that you send a written cancellation or send back your order within the cancellation time limit. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of retuning an order; if the total amount of the return goods is not over 40 Euros; when the amount is more or a partial payment at the time of the cancellation has not been payed or when the delivered goods are not what the customer ordered.
Exchange/Sale or Return
One may return all products purchased at KASU, for whatever reasons, within two weeks of delivery. This return claim does not apply to mass produced products according to customer’s wishes. The keeping of terms begins with the delivery of the products. In order to fulfill the return terms, the delivery of the returned product to KASU or a written cancellation per E-Mail to shop@ka-su.de is required. Please list your first and last name and order number in the E-Mail. In the case of a return, the cancellation of the contract and the credit of payment will occur after the return of the delivered product.

Should the goods of a return delivery show hints of usage or damage, then we retain the right to claim compensation. In the case of a completed return, the benefits received by both sides received are nullified. KASU retains the right to demand the replacement of the value of a product; if the product is damaged.
Data Protection
We use personal information provided by you according to the provisions of the German Data Protection Law. Your personal data, as required for the statement, concerning the arrangements of the content or change of contractual agreement, will only be exclusively used for the processing of a completed Sales Agreement, and/or for the delivery of the product to your specified address.
Personal Data is exclusively processed and transmitted in SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer). Your personal data, which is required in order to process orders and billing will be only used to process a completed Sales Contract. Venue of Jurisdiction
Munich is the implementation venue and exclusive jurisdiction venue for all mutual claims, as far permissibly consented. This is not valid for business agreements with consumers, where at any time the legal court of jurisdiction applies.
